Alexia Lalande is an all-purpose artist living in Hartford, Connecticut. She obtained her BFA in Studio Art at the University of Connecticut, and her MAT at the Massachusetts College of Art & Design. She currently teaches graphic design and screen-printing in the Hartford Public School system. Her artistic pursuits include a variety of media, mainly mixed media illustration, printmaking and animation. She is a resident artist at The Dirt Salon in Hartford.
